WE SHOUT HIS GLORY
WONDERFULLY MADE TO CONNECT
A Christ-Centered Healing Community for Children and Famili
Wonderfully Made to Connect is a Christ-centered ministry focused on restoration and belonging, offering joyful, Scripture-rooted social recreation experiences where children and families grow in connection, confidence, and identity.
Through shared activities, guided play, and meaningful community experiences, children and parents grow in connection together, honoring each child as uniquely created by God. Parents and caregivers are also supported as their child's friendship helper, participating within a faith-filled, welcoming environment that emphasizes identity in Christ and belonging before performance.
Rooted in 2 Samuel 9:7 and Psalm 139:14, this ministry reflects the heart of Jesus—welcoming children to a place of belonging, restoring identity, and nurturing growth through faith-filled community.
The invitation to the King’s table reminds us that belonging is offered freely, not earned, and that restoration begins with being welcomed as we are. Psalm 139 affirms that every child is fearfully and wonderfully made by God, created with purpose and value, not defined by ability, diagnosis, or performance.
WHAT THIS PROGRAM IS
Wonderfully Made to Connect is a faith based social recreation program. It creates intentional space for children and caregivers to practice connection together through meaningful activities rooted in Scripture, worship, creativity, and real community life.
Labs are the devotional gatherings designed with connection and relationship at heart. Intentional activities invite communication, shared participation, and Christ-centered interaction.
While specific activities within each Lab may change, the purpose remains the same at every gathering: To nurture connection, strengthen identity in Christ, and cultivate joy within a Christ-centered community.
IDENTITY + GROWTH
We acknowledge that some children and families arrive carrying clinical or educational diagnoses, difficult experiences, or words that have shaped identity.
Wonderfully Made to Connect respects clinical understanding, while intentionally anchoring identity first and foremost in Christ.
We do not deny real struggles.
We invite families to bring them honestly, trusting that God sees, God hears, and God restores.
Identity begins when the truth grounded in God’s Word replaces lies that stunt self worth.
FAITH, PARTICIPATION & SAFETY
Wonderfully Made to Connect is not a neutral or secular space. All activities and teachings are intentionally grounded in the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the authority of Scripture.
Because this is a relational, community-based space, caregivers remain present and actively involved throughout the Labs. This is not a drop-off program. Parents are supported as their child's friendship guides and spiritual leaders within their families.
We joyfully welcome children who are still learning how to participate in group spaces, including those who benefit from extra reassurance, proximity, or guidance, as long as caregivers are able to support their child's safety and the safety of others.
WHERE WE GATHER
Wonderfully Made to Connect gatherings typically take place in community-based settings such as parks and other public spaces that allow for open, joyful participation.
At times gatherings may also occur in private homes by invitation, or in collaboration with churches and ministry partners, or within faith aligned community businesses that desire to open their spaces in welcome.
This reflects our belief that worship is not confined to a building, but lived out daily-carried into homes, neighborhoods, and the places where families already gather.
Locations vary by season and partnership, and details are shared with registered families in advance.
